I have placed an order online, how soon will it be shipped?
All orders will be processed within 48-72 hours. Shipments; depending on multiple factors, such as location, order size, and payment terms, may vary between orders. We strive to ship with the most urgency upon every request.
What if my package arrives damaged or I am missing items?
When you receive your shipment, please check the items carefully by reviewing your packing slip as you have 48 hours from date of receiving the order to claim for damages of missed items. Check the number of boxes before signing the Waybill or Star Night will not be responsible for shortages. If there are any damages, please send images to firstname.lastname@example.org titled “Product Damaged” including your invoice number.
